Brown ground beef. Add onion and cook another 3-5 minutes. Add mushrooms and minced garlic. Cook for at least 5 more minutes.
Add chili powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic powder Cook and stir. Add tomato paste and water. Stir. Add the cauliflower pieces. Cook until everything is cooked through. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
Top with shredded cheese and dried parsley.
Serve hot with additional cheese, if desired.
