In a large skillet over medium heat add the olive oil. Once the skillet is warm add the shrimp. Once the shrimp are cooked on one side flip. This should take 2-3 minutes.
Cook for another minute or so, until your shrimp are opaque and pink. Remove the shrimp from the skillet
Return the skillet to the heat and add the butter.
When the butter is melted, add the garlic. Cook the garlic for 2 minutes.
Add the Old Bay seasoning to the skillet and stir to combine.
Add your liquid and cream.
Cook for a minute or two.
Add the shrimp and the lemon. Cook for about a minute.
Serve over pasta of choice. Top with parsley.
