Place all of your ingredients, except chicken, into a small bowl.
Mix everything together.
Place chicken on a lined small baking sheet (1/4 sheet) or use a 9x13 pan. Evenly dollop the creamy mixture over the top of your chicken.
Carefully spread the mixture over the chicken pieces. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Check for doneness. If the pieces aren't cooked through, check every 5 minutes. You don't want to overbake them.
If your pan has a lot of liquid, you can carefully pour it out and put back in the oven for a few minutes. Allow to cool for a few minutes and serve with your choice of sides.
