Brown meat in skillet, add onion and taco seasonings. Add about 3 tablespoons of sauce. Taste and add more sauce or seasonings if you think it needs it. While you are cooking your ground beef, crisp your tortillas. They get crisp fairly quickly, so keep an eye on them. Also, if you use an air fryer, they might fly around and bend. I continually opened ours and made sure they were flat. I also flipped them.
Start assembling your pizzas. If desired, smear with warm refired beans. If they aren't warm, your tortilla might break.
Top with taco meat.
Top with desired amount of cheese.
Top with the second tortilla, sauce, and then more cheese.
Bake at 400 degrees for 5-10 minutes.
Top as desired.
Cut into fourths.
