Low Carb Salmon Patties

Ingredients

  • 2 Cans of Salmon, drained
  • 1 Med Onions, diced
  • 2 Med Eggs
  • 1/2 C Almond Flour
  • 1 T Nutrional Yeast
  • 1 T Baobab Powder
  • 1/2 t Garlic Powder
  • 1 t Salt
  • 1/2 t Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl.
  • Form into patties and place in skillet or griddle. I spray my griddle with non-stick spray.
  • Cook until brown on this side. and flip over and cook until cooked through. I cooked mine for about 5-7 minutes on each side.
  • Serve hot with your choice of toppings and sides.
