- 1 C Salsa
- 1 Sm-Md Onion, diced
- 1/2 Bell Pepper, diced
- 2 T Tomato Paste
- 1 t Salt
- 1/2 t Pepper
- 1 t Chili Powder
- 1/2 t Ground Cumin
- 1 T Minced Garlic
- Water or Broth
