Ingredients

  • 1 lb Lean Ground Beef
  • 1/2 M Onion, diced
  • 1 t Salt
  • 1/2 t Pepper
  • 1 t Onion Powder
  • 1 t Garlic Powder
  • 1 t Smoked Paprika
  • 1/4 C Blended Cottage Cheese
  • 1/4 C Nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • 2 T Sugar-free Ketchup
  • 2 t Mustard
  • 1-2 T Pickle Juice
  • 1/2 t Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 t Garlic Powder
  • Spalsh Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 C Cooked Potatoes
  • 4 Serv Reduced Fat Cheese

Bowl Base: Lettuce, Tomatoes, Pickles, Onions

Instructions

  • Cook ground beef with onion and the seasoning. Prep potatoes and air fry or bake.
  • Add sauce ingredients to a bowl.
  • Mix well.
  • Place burger bowl ingredients in a bowl.
  • Top with burger sauce. Enjoy.
