Mix all of the marinade ingredients in a gallon baggie.
Cut your meat into chunks
Put your meat in the baggie and marinate for 2 hours.
Remove your baggie from the fridge. You meat should look like this.
Get your veggies ready. This is what my peppers looked like.
Layer on your skewer meat, bell pepper, and onion. Repeat.
Grill until cooked to your liking.
