Refried Beans
Various toppings: Shredded cheese, Cilantro, Chopped Tomatoes, Salsa, Chopped Jalapenos, Diced Green Onions, etc.
Instructions
Crisp up your tortilla by your desired method. Smear with refried beans if desired.
Make your guacamole. Mix avocado with the lime juice, salt, and chopped tomatoes.
Cook up your egg(s) however you want.
Top the guacamole with your egg. Top with desired toppings.
Eat.
