1/4CBrown Swerve
2TMinced Garlic
2TGinger, I used the kind in a squeezable container
1MOnion, I used frozen
2MBell Peppers, I used frozen
Instructions
I dumped everything but the pork loin in the freezer bag, squished everything around and then added the pork. Freeze or marinate for a few hours. Dump thawed ingredients in your crockpot and cook on low 6-8 hours or high 3-5 hours.
Side note- if you want your peppers firmer, I would add them a bit later. I like mine cooked, cooked, cooked, so mine went into the freezer bag.
