Pressure Cooker Beef Stew

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2-2 Lb Roast, cut into chunks
  • 1 M-L Onion, chopped
  • 3 Stalks Celery, destringed and chopped
  • 2 T Minced Garlic
  • 2 M-L Carrots, chopped
  • 1 t Salt
  • 1/2 t Pepper
  • 2 Bay Leaves
  • 4 C Beef Broth
  • 1 t Dried Rosemary
  • 14.5 oz Diced Tomatoes
  • 2 t Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 T Olive Oil

Optional: You can add mushrooms, green beans, radishes, or other on plan ingredients that sound good in a stew

Instructions

  • Get your veggies and meat ready to go.
  • Turn your pressure cooker on sauté, and add your olive oil, veggies, and prepared meat. Cook for a few minutes and then turn off.
  • Add the rest of your ingredients and stir.
  • Place your lid on and seal. Make sure valve is set to closed. Set to manual high for 25 minutes. After the time is up, do a manual release of the pressure. Once the pressure is released, carefully open the lid.
  • Stir. Serve in a bowl with desired toppings and sides.
