- 1 1/2-2 Lb Roast, cut into chunks
- 1 M-L Onion, chopped
- 3 Stalks Celery, destringed and chopped
- 2 T Minced Garlic
- 2 M-L Carrots, chopped
- 1 t Salt
- 1/2 t Pepper
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 4 C Beef Broth
- 1 t Dried Rosemary
- 14.5 oz Diced Tomatoes
- 2 t Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 T Olive Oil
Optional: You can add mushrooms, green beans, radishes, or other on plan ingredients that sound good in a stew
