- 16 oz Italian Sausage, I used a package without the casings
- 1 Med Onion, diced
- 2 T Minced Garlic
- 2 C Fresh Kale, chopped into bite sized pieces, stems removed
- 1 Sm-Med Head of Cauliflower, chopped
- 3/4 C Heavy Cream
- 1 1/2 t Salt
- 1 t Pepper
- 1/2 C Sun Dried Tomatoes, chopped
- 4 C Chicken Broth
Toppings: Parmesan Cheese, Red Pepper Flakes
