In small to medium size bowl, mix together everything but the milk. Pumpkin pie spice (maybe the cinnamon) doesn't mix well in liquid. So by mixing it with everything else first, it will mix in the pudding just fine.
Add milk and carefully mix. You might want to add half of the milk at a time.
Pour into containers of choice. Place in fridge at least 30 minutes. Stir before eating.
I topped mine with a little whipped cream.
