Quesadilla Burgers, Low Carb THM S

Ingredients

  • 2 Lb Ground Meat
  • 1 t Salt
  • 1/2 t Pepper
  • 1 t Cumin
  • 1 t Chili Powder
  • 1 t Onion Powder
  • 1 t Garlic Powder
  • Enough small tortillas, I used 12
  • 1 1/2-3 C Cheese I started with 1 1/2 cups but needed another cup
  • Toppings- Jalapenos, Pico, Guacamole, Avocado, etc.

Dip: 1/2 Cup Mayo, 1/2 Cup Sour Cream, 1 Cup Pico de Gallo, 1 t Cumin, 1 t Garlic Powder, 1/2 t Chili Powder Mix together

  • Butter or oil, if needed for cooking

Instructions

  • Mix the ground meat and seasonings together. Make as many patties as you want. I made 6. Cook until done.
  • Once they are cooked, place a tortilla on your cooking surface, add butter or oil if needed, Add desired amount of cheese and place the burger on top.
  • Top the burger with anything else you want. Here's hubby's.
  • I didn't want the cold pico or guac to get too hot, so I didn't cook the burgers too much together. As you can see by the picture above, I cooked the tortilla separate for a little bit. Here's mine.
  • When ready, place your tortillas together and flip. I only cooked for maybe one minute or so.
  • Serve with dip, if desired.
