Put your thawed raspberries in a small skillet or saucepan.
Add sweetener and water. Simmer.
Once simmered, strain.
Froth or mix milk with your protein powder and 1-2 tablespoons of the raspberry syrup. Mix the coffee and water together. In a glass add any swirls you might want (mine don't look very good) and then ice. Add coffee and the protein milk mixture. Mix if desired.
If desired, make a raspberry cold foam. Place the heavy cream and almond milk in a small glass. Add some raspberry syrup. Froth.
Pour the cold foam on top of the coffee. If desired drizzle with a little of the raspberry syrup.
