Dice your strawberries. If needed, add 1-2 tablespoons of sweetener of choice. My strawberries weren't very sweet.
Mix the matcha powder with the warm water.
When it's smooth, it's ready.
Carefully mix yogurt with the matcha. Slowly add milk of choice. If I add it all at once, it is harder for me to mix.
Add protein powder, vanilla, chia seeds, hemp hearts, and salt.
Mix until smooth.
Place about 1/4 cup of strawberries in the bottom of your containers. Evenly divide the matcha mixture into your containers. I use a scale.
Top each jar with the remaining strawberries.
Store in the fridge until ready to eat.
