The Easiest Carrot Shaped Cheese Ball Ever!

Ingredients

  • 2 Pckgs Cream Cheese I used 1 regular and 1 reduced fat
  • 1 Pckg Ranch seasoning
  • 2.5 oz Bacon Pieces
  • 3 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese I am guessing here, I might have used less
  • 1 Bunch Parsley

Instructions

  • Place room temperature cream cheese blocks into a mixing bowl. Beat for about 30 seconds. In the bowl add the dry ranch dressing, the bacon pieces, and 1 cup shredded cheese. Mix again. Scrape sides as needed.
  • Scrape the ingredients onto a piece of parchment paper.
  • I used another piece of parchment paper on top to start shaping and I didn't really like how it worked.
  • I got out a piece of plastic wrap and really liked that more.
  • Shape into a carrot, or desired shape. When I liked the shape, I carefully flipped the cheese ball over onto a board and threw the parchment paper away.
  • Find the piece of parsley that you think will look good for the top of the carrot.
  • Insert the parsley pieces at the top of the carrot. Use the remaining shredded cheese to cover the cheese ball.
  • I served this one on a cutting board. I surrounded it with generic crackers and saved my on plan crackers for me.
