Place room temperature cream cheese blocks into a mixing bowl. Beat for about 30 seconds. In the bowl add the dry ranch dressing, the bacon pieces, and 1 cup shredded cheese. Mix again. Scrape sides as needed.
Scrape the ingredients onto a piece of parchment paper.
I used another piece of parchment paper on top to start shaping and I didn't really like how it worked.
I got out a piece of plastic wrap and really liked that more.
Shape into a carrot, or desired shape. When I liked the shape, I carefully flipped the cheese ball over onto a board and threw the parchment paper away.
Find the piece of parsley that you think will look good for the top of the carrot.
Insert the parsley pieces at the top of the carrot. Use the remaining shredded cheese to cover the cheese ball.
I served this one on a cutting board. I surrounded it with generic crackers and saved my on plan crackers for me.
