Ingredients

  • 1 t Fat
  • 1 T Minced Garlic
  • 1 Whole Egg
  • 2 Egg White equivalent to 2 eggs
  • 14 oz Can of Veggies, drained You can use frozen or leave out
  • Bragg's or Soy Sauce to Taste
  • 4 C Cooked Brown Rice

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, place fat and garlic. Simmer for about 2 minutes, do not let it burn.
  • Beat egg and egg whites together. Spray skillet with a little non-stick spray that has the garlic in it. And add beaten eggs.
  • Scramble the eggs. When scrambled remove from the skillet.
  • Add the rice to the skillet and heat through.
  • Add veggies if desired.
  • Chop eggs and add to skillet.
  • Add a little Brag's or soy sauce and taste. Top with desired toppings.
