In a large skillet, place fat and garlic. Simmer for about 2 minutes, do not let it burn.
Beat egg and egg whites together. Spray skillet with a little non-stick spray that has the garlic in it. And add beaten eggs.
Scramble the eggs. When scrambled remove from the skillet.
Add the rice to the skillet and heat through.
Add veggies if desired.
Chop eggs and add to skillet.
Add a little Brag's or soy sauce and taste. Top with desired toppings.
