Trim Healthy Mama FP Pumpkin Pie Whip
Ingredients
1/2
Cup
low fat Cottage Cheese
Slightly heaped 1/4 cup of Canned Pumpkin
2
teaspoons
of Gentle Sweet
or to taste
a few dashes of Pumpkin Pie Spice
A dash of Maple and Vanilla extracts
Instructions
1.Put all ingredients in a blender or a food processor or use a stick blender.
2.Taste, adjust if needed.
3.Store in the fridge if you aren’t going to eat right away.
