Fuel Pull Pumpkin Pie Whip

Trim Healthy Mama FP Pumpkin Pie Whip


  • 1/2 Cup low fat Cottage Cheese
  • Slightly heaped 1/4 cup of Canned Pumpkin
  • 2 teaspoons of Gentle Sweet or to taste
  • a few dashes of Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • A dash of Maple and Vanilla extracts


  • 1.Put all ingredients in a blender or a food processor or use a stick blender.
  • 2.Taste, adjust if needed.
  • 3.Store in the fridge if you aren’t going to eat right away.
