The Easiest Crockpot Salsa Chicken- THM FP
The Easiest Crockpot Salsa Recipe, THM FP
Here is another one of those super easy and simple recipes that is great for busy days. If you have 5 minutes, or less, this recipe can be made! This salsa chicken is flavorful- you can make it mild or spicey. You can end up with tender, juicy chicken, flavored with the spices you added.
This recipe is very versatile.
Serve this salsa chicken over rice (here is my game changing Spanish rice), brown rice, and lettuce to make salsa chicken bowls. You can make tacos or quesadillas with this chicken. The salsa chicken would make great enchiladas as well. However you use the chicken, I am sure it will be a hit. This would also make a great freezer meal or part of your meal prep!
In the picture above I used the chicken to make tostadas.
I air fry 2 tortillas (use low carb or the 25 calorie corn tortillas). I topped with a little refried beans, then added the salsa chicken. I sprinkled cheese on top, a little sour cream, lettuce, and taco sauce. So good!!
