Have you ever looked at your lunch and realized you put everything on the plate except the protein?
Or maybe you know you want to eat a little differently, but the thought of tracking every bite sounds like one more thing to keep up with.
Let’s work on one small habit together. My 5-Day Protein First Challenge is an email challenge, and you can join me for just $3, paid once.
Yes, I’m ready to join the Protein First Challenge!
Start with one question: Where’s my protein?
Before you decide what goes with your meal, choose your protein. That’s what we’ll practice.
Maybe breakfast is eggs or Greek yogurt. Maybe lunch starts with the chicken left over from dinner. On a busy day, it might mean having something easy in the fridge so you have a place to start.
You don’t need a completely new grocery list. You don’t have to weigh your food or work out complicated macros. I want you to find a few choices you enjoy and can actually use on an ordinary day.
Here’s what we’ll cover
I’ll send you five lessons, each with a challenge graphic and one small step to try:
- Day 1: Protein at breakfast. Let’s give breakfast a little attention and choose a protein you like.
- Day 2: Protein at lunch. Pick your protein first, then build lunch around it.
- Day 3: Protein in real life. Because you won’t always be the person planning or cooking the meal!
- Day 4: Protein for busy days. Think through a few easy backups before you need them.
- Day 5: Protein and planning. Choose proteins for a few realistic meals and work from there.
You’ll also get a welcome email to help you get started and a bonus about protein on the go. That’s seven emails altogether.
You get to make this work for you
If breakfast already feels easy, great. Maybe lunch is where you’d like to practice. If your week is packed, those backup options might be the most useful part.
Use the ideas that fit your tastes, your budget, and the people you’re feeding. A few leftovers can be a starting point. So can an easy breakfast you already enjoy.
And if a meal doesn’t go the way you planned, you can try again at the next one. There is no need to turn one meal into a reason to give up.
How do I join, and when does it start?
Join the challenge here for $3 and use the email address where you’d like your lessons sent.
Once your payment is confirmed, your welcome email is on its way. Day 1 follows about 24 hours later. After that, you’ll get one email about every 24 hours through Day 5 and the bonus. Exact arrival times can vary with email processing, so check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see your welcome.
You can start when you join. The graphic shows the original Sunday–Thursday schedule, but this email version follows your purchase date. You don’t have to wait for Sunday.
A couple of quick answers
Is the $3 a monthly charge?
No. It’s a one-time purchase for the challenge.
Do I need to attend a class or download a meal plan?
No. I’ll send the lessons to your inbox, and you can read them when it works for you. This offer is the email challenge, rather than a live class or downloadable meal plan.
Can I join if I’m just getting started?
Absolutely! Start with the food and routines you have. We’ll work on one small choice at a time.
I’d love to have you join me. Let’s put protein first together!
