Here is a super easy and cheesy meatball bake that is low carb and trim healthy mama s recipe!

This recipe is sure to be a hit! If your family likes Italian, this needs to be on your next menu. It is seriously that easy and that good! For this recipe you need pre-made and pre-bakes meatballs. You definitely can use homemade and prepped meatballs. That will make this dish taste even better. I did not use homemade, I needed a dinner that was so easy, quick, and pretty much needed no brain power. This worked perfect.

This recipe ends up being perfectly saucy and cheesy.

If you need an easy recipe that be put together in a few minutes and in the oven. You don’t have to eat this on top of anything. Most of us ate this over dreamfileds pasta. You can eat it just like this with a piece of keto toast on the side and a salad. My oldest son ate his as meatball subs. I am sure however you serve this it will be amazing.

Below I have the 2 videos where I made this live on facebook. I prepped this as part of my last meal prep session. This way of meal prepping isn’t for everyone, but it is a game changer for me. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me.
