- 1 Pckg Frozen Cauliflower Rice
- 4 oz Mushrooms, diced tiny I only had half of an 8 oz package so that's what I used
- 1 M Onion, chopped
- 1 t Salt
- 1/2 t Pepper
- 2 T Tomato Paste
- 1/4 C Sugar-free BBQ sauce
- 1-2 T Mustard
- 1 T Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 t Smoked Paprika
- 4-8 Pieces Bacon
- 1 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese
