- 1/2 Medium Onion, diced
- 8 Small Low Carb Tortillas
- Salt and Pepper
- 1/2 C Mayo
- 2 T Dill Relish
- 2 t Yellow Mustard
- 1/2 t White Vinegar- I used rice wine vinegar because I forgot to buy white
- 3/4 t Paprika
- 1/2 t Garlic Powder
- 1/2 t Onion Powder
- 1/4 t Salt
- 1-2 t Sweetener, I used powder swerve
Toppings: Cheese, Shredded Lettuce, Dill Relish or Pickles, and Sesame Seeds
