Add your chicken, artichoke hearts, spinach, garlic, and seasonings to your crockpot.
Stir and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high 2-3 hours (your crockpot might cook slower or faster).
When cooked, remove lid and stir.
Add the heavy cream and mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Stir. Add pasta of choice. Stir and allow to cook about 5 more minutes.
Top with cheese and serve with a salad or another green veg option.
