Boil, bake, or make your pasta option that you are using
In a large skillet over medium heat, add your olive oil and onion. Cook for a few minutes. Add the minced garlic. Cook for another minute or two.
Slice your sausage into pieces. Add to the skillet. Cook for a few minutes.
Cook the frozen veggies in the microwave for the recommended amount of time. Add the cream cheese to the skillet Cook for a few minutes, stir to coat the sausage and onions.
Add the broth and heavy cream. Stir well.
Add the veggies to the skillet and stir.
Add the parmesan cheese and stir.
Add your pasta of choice. Stir.
Taste. Add seasonings if desired.
Serve warm with desired side.
