Crockpot Low Carb, THM S, Chipotle Shredded Beef Tacos

Onion, diced

Chipotle adobe peppers with a little sauce

Garlic

Chili Powder

Ground Cumin

Smoked Paprika

Can, diced tomatoes and green chilis
Instructions
Dump everything in your crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
If your roast had any fat easily removable, remove it. Shred your beef- you can use forks, tongs, or a mixer. Be careful because it's hot.
Serve with desired taco shells and toppings.
