Brats, pick your desired flavor
Low Carb Tortillas
Toppings: Sauerkraut, Caramelized Onions, Pickles, Mustard, etc.
Instructions
Cut open the casing from the brats. Smash the brat meat onto the tortilla. Make it thin and all the way to the edges.
Place the tortilla, meat side down on a skillet. Cook for about 3ish minutes, until the meat is cooked.
Flip over and cook for a couple minutes.
If desired, place cheese on top. We used Munster cheese. We used sandwich slices and broke them so the fit on the "taco".
When cooked, remove from the heat. Top as desired.
Serve with desired sides.
