If desired, trim your chicken wings. I cut off the tips and separate the drum from the flat.
Add all of the seasonings down to and including the olive oil to the wings.
Toss to coat.
Air fry (or cook however works for you) at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Flip over halfway. Since my air fryer was full, I took half out of the air fryer after the 20 minutes and cooked for another 2-3 minutes. When those were done, I added the other half and did the same thing. I wanted to crisp up the skin.
Mix the melted butter with the lemon pepper and coat the cooked wings.
Optional, squeeze a lemon on top of the wings. toss to coat again. Definitely taste before adding the lemon juice. That might be the perfect amount for you.
Serve as desired.
