Low Carb Cheese Sauce

Heavy Cream

Cream Cheese

Butter

Mustard Powder
1/8-1/4

Garlic Powder

Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Seasonings: Salt, pepper, hot sauce to taste
Instructions
In a saucepan add the cream, butter, and garlic and mustard powder. Heat over medium heat.
Bring to a boil, whisking occasionally. Boil for 2-3 minutes.
Add cream cheese and shredded cheese. Whisk until the cheese has melted.
Add your hot sauce. Taste and add salt and pepper and more hot sauce (if desired). Serve warm over food items of choice.
