Low Carb Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 C Heavy Cream
  • 2 oz Cream Cheese
  • 3 T Butter
  • 1/4-1/2 t Mustard Powder
  • 1/8-1/4 t Garlic Powder
  • 1 1/4 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Seasonings: Salt, pepper, hot sauce to taste

Instructions

  • In a saucepan add the cream, butter, and garlic and mustard powder. Heat over medium heat.
  • Bring to a boil, whisking occasionally. Boil for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add cream cheese and shredded cheese. Whisk until the cheese has melted.
  • Add your hot sauce. Taste and add salt and pepper and more hot sauce (if desired). Serve warm over food items of choice.
