- 3 Lb Beef Roast
- 1 C Beef Broth
- 1 C Trimmed and quartered Radishes
- 1 C Sliced Mushrooms
- 1 C Celery, destringed and cut into chunks
- 1/2-1 C Carrots, I used baby carrots
- 1 M-L Onion, cut into chunks
- Any other veggies that you want to add
Seasonings: 1 t of garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. 1/2 t black pepper, dried parsley and oregano. 1/2 T of dried, minced onion. 1 T worcestershire sauce.
