Boil a medium pot of water. Add a few pinches of salt.
While water is coming to a boil, in a mixing bowl, beat together eggs, hot sauce, and heavy cream. In a small bowl, mix together dry ingredients. Add to the egg mixture and mix again.
Once water has come to a boil, cook pasta until done to your liking. I prefer al dente. Drain.
Add the butter to the pasta.
Pour in the egg mixture and make sure the noodles coated.
Slowly add the cheese.
Serve warm.
