Everything but the bagel seasoning
Instructions
Spread light laughing cow cheese onto toasted bread.
Scoop out your avocado into a small bowl. Add salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Smash together.
Spread on top of toast.
Top with halved tomatoes and seasoning, if desired.
