- 1-3 Dashes Extract, I used vanilla and apricot
- 1 Doonk Pure Stevia
- Other Sweetener to taste
- 3/4 C Low-far Cottage Cheese or Non-fat Greek Yogurt
- 2 Pinches Salt
- 4-6 Ice Cubes If Needed
Optional Ingredients: 1 T Baobab Powder, 1 tsp MCT Oil, 1 Scoop Collagen, 1/4 tsp Sunflower Lecithin, 1 tsp Chage Mushroom Powder
