NSI Trim Healthy Mama Peach Smoothie E

My hubby loves peaches. He doesn’t like much fruit so when I can find a recipe that he says is good, I will make sure to make it for him as many times as I can. I made this two ways, with cottage cheese and with non-fat Greek yogurt. I have had ladies ask me if I could share smoothie recipes that don’t need special ingredients. These can be made with and without the few extra items I like to add.

This makes right around 3 + cups. I added a little more kale to mine than I did my hubby’s. The last time I made the other kale smoothie, I really added the kale and he didn’t like it. I told him I wouldn’t add too much this time. He willingly tried it and ended up liking it. I am sure he likes it more than this one, but I like them both. I add ingredients that are considered special ingredients. They add nutrition but no flavor.

NSI Peach Kale Smoothie


  • Blender


  • 1 C Frozen Peaches
  • 1/2-1 C Fresh Kale
  • 1 C Water or Almond Milk
  • 1-3 Dashes Extract, I used vanilla and apricot
  • 1 Doonk Pure Stevia
  • Other Sweetener to taste
  • 3/4 C Low-far Cottage Cheese or Non-fat Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Pinches Salt
  • 4-6 Ice Cubes If Needed

Optional Ingredients: 1 T Baobab Powder, 1 tsp MCT Oil, 1 Scoop Collagen, 1/4 tsp Sunflower Lecithin, 1 tsp Chage Mushroom Powder


    • Place everything in blender and blend until completely blended and broken down.
    • Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
