Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless Pork Chops
  • 2 M-:L Eggs
  • 1/2 C Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 t Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 t Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 t Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Whisk your eggs. Mix your dry seasoning. Coat each pork chop in the eggs.
  • Then coat each pork chop in the dry seasoning.
  • Place the pork chops on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Bake 30 to 40 minutes, until a thermometer reads 145 degrees. Don't overbake or they will become dry. Serve with desired sides.
