Mix together salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and ground mustard.
Rub spice mixture all over the pork roast.
In your pressure cooker put it on sauté. Add the olive oil to the pot and brown the roast on all sides. Turn off the the pressure cooker.
In a small bowl mix together the remaining ingredients.
Carefully pour on top of the roast.
Place lid on top and lock into place. Set the valve to closed. Turn it on and set to manual high for 22 minutes. When done, do a quick release. Carefully remove the lid.
Remove the roast and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before carefully slicing.
Serve with yummy sides.
