Ranch Pork Chop and Green Bean Sheet Pan Dinner

Ingredients

  • 1 Lb Pork Chops, close to 1 inch thick
  • 1 Lb Green Beans, fresh
  • 2 T Olive Oil
  • 2 1/2 T Dry Ranch Seasoning
  • 1/2 t Salt
  • 1/4 t Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix the ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Pat the dry ranch seasoning on both sides of the pork chops. Place on one end of the lined baking sheet.
  • Place the green beans on the rest of the sheet. Drizzle with the oil and sprinkle with the rest of the ranch, mixture. Toss to coat. Try to get the green beans into a single layer. Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Check the internal temperature of the pork. You want it at 160 degrees. Also, watch your green beans. Stir the green beans and put back in the oven, if needed. Check in 5 minutes.
