In a skillet (I used my Ninja Foodi because I used the slow cook setting after I got everything made) place your ground beef, seasoning blend, and garlic.
Add the remaining ingredients. Start with the smaller amount of water. Only add more if it is too thick. Let simmer to allow the flavors to meld. I slow cooked for a few hours.
Toast the buns/bread if desired.
Serve on toasted buns with desired sides.
