THM Crockpot Chicken Tacos

  • Crockpot

Ingredients

  • 2 Lb Boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 10 oz Can Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
  • 2 T Olive Oil
  • 1 Med Onion, diced
  • 2 t Minced Garlic
  • 2 t Chili Powder
  • 2 t Onion Powder
  • 1 t Ground Cumin
  • 1 t Salt

Instructions

  • Dump everything, except the chicken breasts into a bag or container. Mix and then add the chicken breasts.
  • Freeze or store in the fridge. When ready to cook, dump the contents in a crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  • When cooked it should like this.
  • Shred the chicken and mix into the liquid in the crockpot.
  • Eat with whatever fuel you want.
