Trim Healthy Mama E Hamburger Veggie Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Lean Hamburger Meat
  • 1 T Minced Garlic
  • 1 T Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 t Bragg's Liquid Aminos
  • 1 t Salt
  • 1/2 t Black Pepper
  • 1/2 t Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 t Onion Powder
  • 2 t Smoked Paprika
  • 1 T Dried Minced Onion You can use 1 medium diced onion in place of the dried
  • 14.5 oz Diced Tomatoes
  • 15.5 oz Whole Kernel Corn, drained
  • 16 oz Tomato Sauce
  • 6-8 Waxy On Plan Potatoes, diced into bite size pieces
  • 15 oz Red Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 8 oz Cremini Mushrooms, cut into small chunks
  • 1 Med Yellow Squash, Cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 Med Zucchini, Cut into bite size pieces
  • 3-4 C Water or Beef Broth

Instructions

  • Brown hamburger meat, rinse if needed.
  • Add garlic and seasoning. Cook for another minute or two.
  • Place meat and everything else into your pot. Stir to combine.
  • Cook until hot. In the crockpot, cook on high 3-4 hours, low 6-8 hours. Instant pot, manual high 12 minutes with a natural release for 6 minutes.
  • Serve hot. You can top with a few shakes of parmesan cheese. I ate mine with a wasa cracker.
