Trim Healthy Mama FP Firecracker Chicken

Equipment

  • Crockpot

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts Can use Thighs, but that will take it out of fp mode
  • 2 t Sesame Seed Oil
  • 1/2 C Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 1 T Minced Garlic
  • 1/2-1 t Red Pepper Flakes, optional
  • 2 T Apple Cider Vinegar or Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 2 T Bragg's or Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 t Ground Ginger
  • 1 t Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 C Brown Swerve, or another sugar-free option

Toppings: Sesame Seeds, Green Onions, Siracha

Instructions

  • Mix all of your ingredients except chicken and toppings. I mixed straight in my crockpot.
  • Add your chicken. Cook on low 5-6 hours or high for 3-4
  • When cooked through, shred chicken.
  • I used my meat masher to shred the kitchen.
  • Taste and adjust the flavors as needed.
