Trim Healthy Mama Fuel Pull Nacho Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 C Low-fat Cottage Cheese
  • 3 T Nutrional Yeast
  • 3 T Drained Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
  • 1/2 t Tahini
  • 1/2 t Salt, add more later
  • 1 t Garlic Powder
  • Few Shakes Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 t Chili Powder, add more as needed
  • 1/4 t Smoked Paprika, add more as needed

Instructions

  • Add everything to your blender- I use a bullet type blender. Blend until smooth. Taste and add. Go easy. Some of us like strong flavors and heat and others like it a bit more mild. Make this fit your flavor preferences. If you have any smokey type seasonings in your pantry, add a little of that. Again, just go slow.
  • Use in so many different recipes.
