What Is the $5 Freezer-to-Dinner Class?
Live class: Friday, October 16, 2026, at 12 PM Central in the private Facebook group.
This is a private Facebook class where I’ll walk you through prepping 8 make-ahead dinners.
During the live class, I’ll be doubling all 8 meals, so you’ll get to see exactly how I prep two of each one.
That means I’ll be putting together 16 dinners during the class.
You do not have to make that many.
You can make singles, doubles, or just choose the meals your family will enjoy most.
Some of the meals are true dump-and-go freezer meals. Others are freezer meal kits where we prep the main portion ahead and add a few fresh ingredients on cooking day.
I don’t believe every ingredient has to be frozen in the same bag just so we can call it a freezer meal.
I want the finished dinner to actually taste good. ❤️
So we’ll prep ahead where it makes sense and add fresh ingredients later when that gives us a better meal.
The 8 Meals We’re Making
Creamy White Chicken Chili
Tender chicken, white beans, green chiles, a charred poblano, and warm spices come together in a creamy, cozy crockpot dinner.
We’ll prep the base ahead and add the dairy on cooking day for the best texture.
Sheet Pan Sirloin Fajitas
Tender sirloin, colorful peppers, red onion, and smoky fajita seasoning roast together on one pan.
You can either slice your sirloin during meal prep or leave it whole and slice it before cooking.
Greek Chicken Sheet Pan Dinner
Lemon-oregano chicken with roasted vegetables, Kalamata olives, and feta.
We’ll prep the seasoned chicken ahead, then add the zucchini and tomatoes fresh before cooking. Lemon and parsley are added after roasting for the freshest flavor.
Crockpot Salsa Verde Beef
Tender shredded beef cooked with salsa verde, green chiles, garlic, and spices.
This is one of those dinners that makes the house smell amazing while it cooks.
Crockpot Ranch Pork Chops with Creamy Mushroom Gravy
Pork chops cooked low and slow with mushrooms and homemade ranch-style seasoning.
The creamy ingredients are added on cooking day so everything stays smooth and delicious.
High-Protein Mini Meatloaves
A family-friendly comfort food dinner that freezes beautifully.
You can either shape the mini meatloaves before freezing, freeze them until firm, and then bag them, or simply place the prepared meatloaf mixture directly into a freezer bag and shape them on cooking day.
Hawaiian Chicken Sheet Pan Dinner
Chicken, colorful peppers, red onion, and sweet-savory Hawaiian flavors make this one of the prettiest meals in the class.
It’s bright, colorful, and a fun change from traditional freezer meals.
Hot Honey Chicken Sheet Pan Dinner
Chicken and sweet potatoes roast together with plenty of flavor and are finished with hot honey.
The sweet potatoes are added fresh on cooking day, and the hot honey is added during cooking.

Do I Have to Make All 8 Meals?
Not at all.
I’ll be doubling all 8 meals during the live class, but you can make whatever works for your family and your freezer space.
You can:
- Make one of each recipe
- Double all 8 like I’m doing
- Double just your favorites
- Make only a few of the meals
This is supposed to help you, not give you another giant to-do list.
Do I Need a Huge Freezer?
No.
Most of the meals are stored flat in gallon-size freezer bags, which makes them much easier to stack.
If freezer space is limited, simply make single batches or choose fewer meals. Leave out broth and anything else that creates extra volume that you can add on cooking day.
You can always come back to the replay and prep another batch later during your 30-day access period.
Is This Trim Healthy Mama Friendly?
Yes.
The meals are THM-friendly, and I’ll give you serving suggestions and notes where helpful.
You’ll find a mix of satisfying meals along with some lighter options, because freezer meals don’t have to mean nothing but heavy casseroles.
You can also adjust toppings and sides to fit your own needs.
Why Prep Freezer Meals?
Because sometimes the hardest part of dinner isn’t actually cooking.
It’s deciding what to cook.
When you already have dinner prepped in the freezer, you eliminate a lot of that decision fatigue.
Instead of standing in front of the refrigerator wondering what you can throw together, you can pull out a meal you already planned.
That is what I want this class to give you.
Not a perfect kitchen.
Not perfectly organized meal prep.
Just a little more breathing room on busy days.
