Freezer-to-Dinner Class questions
How much does the class cost?
The class costs $5 and includes all eight recipes, prep printables, the live Facebook class, and 30 days of replay access.
What if I cannot attend live?
You can watch the saved class as many times as you need for 30 days after the live class. Pause while you prep or spread your meal prep over several days.
Do I have to make all eight meals or double every recipe?
No. Jennifer will demonstrate double batches, but you can make one of each, double just your favorites, or prep only a few meals.
Do I need a large freezer?
No. Most meals are stored flat in gallon-size freezer bags. Make single batches or fewer meals if space is limited, and add broth or other bulky ingredients on cooking day where directed.
Are the meals Trim Healthy Mama friendly?
Yes. The meals are THM-friendly, with serving suggestions and notes where helpful. Adjust toppings and sides to fit your needs.
