Hawaiian Chicken Sheet Pan Dinner (Easy, Sweet and Savory)
Hawaiian Chicken Sheet Pan Dinner

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Lb Chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 M/L Bell Peppers, cut into chunks
- 1 L Red Onion, cut into chunks
- 1-2 C Pineapple, I used pre-cut from the produce section
- 1/2 C Sugar-free Teriyaki Sauce
- 1/4 C Honey, or other sweetener
- 2 T Bragg's Liquid Aminos
- 1 t Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 T Minced Garlic
- 1 T Grated Ginger
- 1/4 t Red Chili flakes, optional
- 1-2 Jalapenos, optional
Instructions
- Place meat and veggies in a bowl.

- Add the sauce ingredients, minus the jalapenos. Mix together.

- Place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Place the pineapple evenly all over the top. Add jalapenos if using.

- Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

- Serve as desired. We use brown rice.
