Hawaiian Chicken Sheet Pan Dinner

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Lb Chicken breasts, cubed
  • 2 M/L Bell Peppers, cut into chunks
  • 1 L Red Onion, cut into chunks
  • 1-2 C Pineapple, I used pre-cut from the produce section
  • 1/2 C Sugar-free Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1/4 C Honey, or other sweetener
  • 2 T Bragg's Liquid Aminos
  • 1 t Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 T Minced Garlic
  • 1 T Grated Ginger
  • 1/4 t Red Chili flakes, optional
  • 1-2 Jalapenos, optional

Instructions

  • Place meat and veggies in a bowl.
  • Add the sauce ingredients, minus the jalapenos. Mix together.
  • Place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Place the pineapple evenly all over the top. Add jalapenos if using.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
  • Serve as desired. We use brown rice.
