May Trim Healthy Mama Dinner Menu

Here’s my new trim healthy mama menu for May!

Every recipe is easy, family friendly, and special ingredient free. I make menus with busy families in mind. When I hear a mom say that she has to make 2, sometimes 3 different dinners, my heart breaks. I feed a few picky people and test everything on them first. Life is too short for us mommas to spend so much time feeding our family.

I am sure every recipe in here won’t be your family’s favorite, but hopefully you’ll get some ideas

Pictured above is a super simple buffalo ranch chicken. The buffalo sauce is storebought. Buy hot or mild, whatever your family likes You can serve this so many different ways. If you like bell pepper, make stuffed bell peppers. Serve it in wraps, on top of on plan noodles, in lettuce cups, etc. Adapt these trim healthy mama recipes to you and your family’s tastes. More garlic, less garlic. Spice it up or leave it out.

We use dreamfields pasta.

My hubby and boys like it. I had one that said he could taste the difference, but now he eats it just fine. Use whatever pasta you are okay with using. I really like spaghetti squash- you get an extra veggie! I included 2 of my E ramen recipes. I buy on plan ramen from Costco. I bet big grocery outlets will have an on plan option if you don’t have a Costco. I list every fuel as well so you know what it is, this way a beginner can follow this menu. Every recipe is teen boy and hubby approved!

There are a couple of themes to the month.

Every Monday is a crockpot recipe that can be prepped on Sunday. Every Tuesday is a Mexican inspired meal for Taco Tuesday. Sunday’s meals are great for the old-fashioned sit around the table times. Invite family or friends over and have a great time. Below is my latest meal prep video. I try to spend some of my weekend blessing my future self, prepping for the coming week.
