Are you ready for a simple, grace-filled way to move your body this May?
I’m hosting a Move Every Day in May movement challenge, and I’d love for you to join me.

This isn’t about perfection or spending an hour at the gym. It’s about choosing some intentional movement every single day in May that fits your life and your season—walking, stretching, strength training, dancing in your kitchen, rebounding, yard work, whatever works for you.

How the challenge works

  • The challenge takes place on my free Facebook business page.

  • Every day in May, you’ll be encouraged to move your body in some way.

  • You choose the type and length of movement that works for you each day.

  • You can check in on the daily posts to share what you did and stay accountable.
