Instant Pots are such an amazing invention. I can make dinner at the last minute after a busy day. I use mine all the time, almost as much as my crockpot. I make boiled eggs in them, make bone broth in it and even a cheesecake. These dinners can be made in a crockpot as well, you just have to cook for a long time, 4-6 hours. I received my IP right before my daughter had an emergency c-section. I was at the hospital a lot for about a week. I was able to come home and have dinner ready before my husband got home, after being gone all day. This kitchen tool has made my life easier.
